Tuscan coast farmhouse

Farmhosue is located near some of best turistic places of Tuscan coast: Follonica, Cala Violina and Castiglioncello.

Famous summer resort of the tuscan coast, located at the center of a wide gulf from which you can enjoy a beautiful view over the Elba Island.
Follonica is a relatively young city, developed in the second half of the ‘800 as industrial center for iron processing. Today that activity is ended and Follonica turned into an equipped summer resort ideal to practice water sports as surf, windsurf, sailing and diving.
The inland is as well interesting in nature and sport possibilities. Along the paths crossing the countryside you can go hiking, mountain biking or horse riding.

Located in the southern area of the Gulf of Follonica, Cala Violina is a small intimate beach, really cool and windy even in the middle of the summer.
The beach is completely surrounded by the mediterranean nature so much that vegetation arrives on the sand. In fact, to reach Cala Violina is necessary to tread, by foot or by bike, a short path surrounded by nature that cross the wood behind the beach.
In this stretch of coast the sea is particularly crystal clear with incredible blue shades that mix well with the green of local nature.

Castiglioncello dominates a small promontory located a few km south from Livorno. International tourism destination, during ‘800 and ‘900 the town was popular even with famous characters of art, literature and show business.
Along the its coast there are small sandy beaches and rocky coves ideal for sunbathing and relaxing while admiring the blue shades of the sea, the historic villas overlooking the cliff and the mediterranean nature covering the promontory.
Castiglioncello is a well known locality even between lovers of sailing, surfing and windsurfing, activities promoted by the mild climate and the light wind constantly blowing.
